Husband unemployed. In laws torturing me. What action can i take?

i want a divorce form my husband . in Mumbai i married in Mumbai. that boy is not working last 1 year my marriage ids 1 year completed but he is not going to job just daily he is torturing me & hi family also torturing me . his sisters also torturing me daily his father also daily jagada karte hi mere se muje khama ke dalo bolte hai pls i can stay with him. What action can i take against them? What to do?

You must inform this fact to ur local police and lodge an FIR u/s 498A also u can initiate criminal prosecution under domestic violence act and simultaneously u can also proceed for divorce petition. All these steps and correspondance will help u for every litigation.
