Husband thinks that deciding about baby and his needs is only my job.

My husband and mother in law are mentally torturing me. I m scared of them. I m christian and husband is hindu. We had a so called love marriage. After marriage, my MIL started telling husband to take all my salary. We had fights. We have an 8 months son. just want my husband to discuss about baby's meals clothes playtime etc with me. But he and MIL say that it is ladies job not gents. I want to talk and discuss little things with him but MIL interferes. I m working too. Same workplace as husban
