dont worry, there is no provision in law to send divorce notice. It is just to make u scared.

U can ask for day to day expenses, by filing Domestic violence case and it is your legal right. Filing of this case is also no ground of divorce.

To take divorce from you your husband has to file a case, you defend it strongly and i am sure you will get justice and the divorce case, if any filed by your husband is not going to be fruitful.

you dont have to worry about legal notice of divorce, it has got no legal validity

You should not be scared of Legal Notice for divorce, as it has no Legal sanctity, though it is a strong indication that he shall file a divorce case against you, on basis of grounds mentioned in Legal Notice. Since you do not want divorce, you should be prepared to defend divorce case filed by your husband, by adducing evidence, that you have done nothing wrong/cruelty of any sort to your husband, and adduce evidences in your favour, so that in the event your husband files a divorce case, the same may be dismissed by courts, on your evidences.
In addition to strengthen your position and to bring your husband to table, you may also file complaint under domestic violence act, against your husband, in addition to compliant u/s 498A by making compliant to police/woman cell. You may also seek maintenance for yourself & your children from your husband, by filing maintenance petition under 125 Crpc

Dear client,
You are advised to hire a good lawyer and contest your case, if you contest, the case will take many years to reach the decision.
You can also file cases against your husband like maintenance, domestic violence, etc. You can also make police complaint.

Finally just CONTEST.
