Husband send talaknama but i not ready to divorce him what to do

20-Oct-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I am a muslim and have been married for 5 years. I am also mother of a 4 year old son. My husband has barely stayed with me for few days intermittently and now staying only 10 km's away, in his paternal home. Recently he sent me a Talaknama (Muslim Divorce Decree) stating that "we" are both inclined for divorce on "mutual consent". I went to his lawyers office who had prepared the papers and refused to sign stating that I love him very much, and all the misunderstanding is being created by negative elements in the middle. Can you please advise how I can get back with my husband ? I don't want separation.

As you said that you do not want to give divorce to your husband as you love him, nobody can separate you.
You have right under Muslim woman protection from divorce act.
Also you can file petition against your husband for conjugal rights of your marriage.
