Husband refuses to divorce wife but she wants to leave her husband

If a woman is not attracted to her husband and is headstrong about not having physical and emotional relationship with him, but is active ob dating sites and wants to get married to her boyfriend. But the husband refuses to divorce her.

Under section 9 of the Hindu marriage act, the husband can’t file petition for this registration of conjugal rights.
