Husband planning to file false complaint of theft, what to do

my husband is planning to file a complain under maale act against me that i took all things from his house and ran away. after one and half year. we are staying separately since that time. on what grounds he can file a complain?
There is a delay in filing fir since you have been staying separately from him! He will have to prove the necessary delay as to why he didnt file an fir when you left the house! The case will not be strong enough on his side since there is no evidence against you and the delay also needs to be brought before the court!
