Husband One Sided divorce me section 13(1) Don't Have Strong Financial

Married in 2001, child in 2004. Husband left in 2011 for another woman, lives with parents since. My parents support child's needs. We jointly bought a flat in Bagnan; he lost money in gold business. He secretly filed for divorce in 2019; no updates since our court hearing. He remarried recently. COVID-19 delayed divorce; he got uncontested divorce. He threatens to evict us from flat he claims he owns, without alimony or settlement.
