Husband not taking care of us since 7yrs of marriage

My husband not taking care of me and my 2 daughters not even single rupee spending on us bcz of his mother not allowed.Even his mother not allowed him to talk with us but he likes to live with us but he s not ready to talk against his mom bcz he s 200% mama's boy.In this case what can I do .

A husband is legally bound to provide financial support and basic care to his wife and minor daughters, regardless of his mother’s wishes, and refusal to spend even a single rupee or communicate due to parental pressure amounts to neglect and mental cruelty under marital laws; you can file a maintenance petition under Section 125 CrPC or Section 20 of the Domestic Violence Act for monthly maintenance for yourself and the children, and also seek protection, residence orders, and compensation if his behaviour is causing harassment. 2.
