Inform the court where you have file mutual divorce case with proof of your ownership on jewellery. You can inform to MM court where DV case is under trial i. . You can also lodge Complaint of theft of your jewellery at nearest Police Station.

if you have filed mutual consent divorce petition then it is not possible to demand now because in that you might be have written that you have all your belonging or things like jewelry, cloths, etc. But, you have not filed the said petition then you can tell him that either my all jewelry or give the same amount as alimony.
in the domestic violence application itself you would have asked for your stridhan back, if your advocate has not put the same in the prayer clause then ask your advocate to pass an application for avernments in the application and change the prayer clause the application and ask for your ornaments back
This is my response to you:
1. You will have to file a police FIR against him;
2. Also file 498A and DV case against him;
3. If you have filed for divorce then mention the same there;
4. Also seek maintenance and compensation from him for the mental and monetary loss suffered by you.
