Husband not responding to legal notice.
16-Aug-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Husband has stopped all communication because of his mom doesn't want me to stay with him. Also she is not allowing me to to enter the matrimonial home and asking for mutual consent divorce. After many efforts I didn't got any response so I sent a legal notice for allowing me to stay with my husband but I haven't got any reply to the legal notice. We don't have any personal issue between both of us but just mother inlaw don't want me to stay with my husband so she is forcing me to give divorce and husband is also supporting his mom.
What should I do please help me.
First of all check on post track that whether notice had been served to him and on which date. You should file Petition for restitution of Conjugal rights in court and try to settle amicably before councillor of the court.
