HUSBAND NOT PAYING INTERIM MAINTANCE

What all remedies avaliable to wife if husband doesn't pay interim maintance u/s 24 HMA? It has been 2 months since court passed order. What petition or steps can we take please tell?

2 months is not that big period of time. as a remedy for you on the next date of hearing you can inform the court about the same and the court will make sure that the amount is paid. if you want to proceed by filing a case, you can always file an execution petition in the concerned court for further queries please feel free to contact

you have to file execution case with the pending amount and u have to furnished assets names before the court to issue warrant of attachment .If he doesn't not pay on time he have to go to Jai. so after 3 months of the interim order you have to file execution of interim maintenance

If your husband is failing you to give maintenance then you can always tell the court about it and issue a warrant against him and ultimately go for attachment of his properties and give you the money. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
