husband married within 3 months again lives in US

My husband is asking me to leave the house and i am staying with the kids in USA. He is gathering the forms from all the ways and providing that i am characterless and cruel. But i never asked anyone to help me and i served the friends in the decent manner when they come to the home. He married me in the 2002 August 14 and within 3 months he married again and has the daughter and son. In 2014 i came to know that he married again while i am in India.What is the way to get the maintenance from him and i don't want to give divorce to him and it is not good for Hindu's

You should file a suit for maintenance using Sec 125 Cr.P.C.
Since he has married again when you are alive he has committed bigamy (this law is more strict in USA too). Unfortunately you will need to file a case for bigamy as your husband has actually violated your rights and also the law. You need not give him divorce, but atleast file a suit on him seeking maintenance and share of properties for the children. Your husband should not take advantage of your pious nature and violate your rights, your children's rights and also the law of land.
