in hinhu law second marrige when first spouse is living is adultory and adulatory is a criminal offense under section 494 IPC so u should go the competent court to file a criminal complaint to stop adulatory. you may also seek remedy in domestic violence act.

Hi as per the Hindu Marriage Act . any person cannot go for marriage whether contracted or otherwise subject to already having living spouce without legal divorce. So thereby as per u r query this contract marriage is illegal
