Husband left me and not receiving my call what can I do

My husband was so much influenced by his parents he never use to treat as wife. due to conflicts we came separately but this is now he is not recieving my call his parents are not answering my parents call he use to record every time whenever we fight all the things 3 months he left me iam staying at mom place. Not even a message from his end he is just asking time.

Conflicts in marital life are disturbing, there is always a legal way to address this, I suggest you send him a legal notice and ask him to come down for a discussion or counselling. In most cases counselling should solve the problems and bring back life back on track. You can go thru my blog to know in detail about counselling at the link below

Dear madam ,
Legally problem of emotion cannot be solved ,yes as far as making apperance of your husband is there he has to but some remedy you have to opt through court ,whether mediation or rcr etc .hence it's better you call to our office or contact for further assistance .OFC: Adv pankaj Kumar .

Madam,
There are two options to you, either you can file a case for Resitution of Conjugal rights or Maintenance case before the Family Courts. You have not disclosed that wether you are an employee or homemaker(housewife) and when you got married. You need personal consultation with the advocate for perfect remedy .
