My husband has an affair and keep his girlfriend at my home last one month . so lots of fights at home. earlier he said we will stay together nicely and all. but now he wants divorce from me in mutual concent. that girl also not going out of my house. so what action i should take against my husband. pl help

As he has a affair you can file for a case for adultery. As a women you can get compensation, Maintenance, house orr rent. If you don't want to divorce him do not.
