Husband is asking for divorce how can I ask for maintenance

15-Mar-2023 (In Divorce Law)

My husband is having an affair with a bar girl and having an illegitimate child, and have abandoned me 2 yrs back by saying pls divorce me and I'll give you what ever you want . I said I need a house and a fd where I can get minimum 25k per month so I don't have to be dependent on anyone plus my jewellery which was in his mother's locker to which he agreed and left me at my mother's house and since then no news from his end. Since I have no one to fight from my end he and his family are taking advantage of it and just straying me without any decisions. Please help me.

You can issue a legal notice thru advocate and than if he don't give you the above mentioned, file a case for maintenance and other things like jewellery and house under Domestic Violence Act. In case of any further consultancy you can contact personally if possible (consulting chgs rs 300/- only)
