Husband Insurance and Pension dispute with in-laws after his death

My husband died on last year Dec 2024. He had drinking problem so we were staying apart from 1 year. Now after his death, all his insurance and PF has nominee name of her mother. I have a 10 year old kid. What can I do about it.
simply file a case on the insurance company for money and win a case by showing your need because it's your time for the only to get money otherwise you lost this also, and show also how you get managed to live life without your husband when he is alive , it's a contradiction who can help or loss both to your case.
