Husband in dubai how can i get divorce he is not ready to give

My marriage is registered in Nepal in 2000. From 2007 to 2015 we already live separate. He was in Dubai and I live in bahadurgarh. My son is with me. My husband left us here and he went to Nepal. He said clearly that I will not come India and also not give you divorce. I have filed court case for divorce. He is also not receiving court papers sent by court. How can I get divorce and what are the procedure? Please suggest me, both are Hindu
Hello you can request court for exparte proceeding and other option ..you can receive the summon ...through permission of other law ..there are some procedure to receive the summon other country...
