Husband hid truth about ED, marriage not consummated

Married for 10 months, not consummated marriage because husband never showed interest. Blamed me for causing mental stress. After begging for months, he got medical test which proved ED due to a medical reason he had for years that he hid from me. Boys's family is very high profile family and I'm a middle class girl with no job, no family support. I'm so scared to approach this - what should I do?

Dear Madam, Option for Annulment (Voidable Marriage) Ground: The most direct legal remedy for a non-consummated marriage due to a spouse's medical incapacity is to seek a Decree of Nullity. Impudence/Incapacity: If the marriage has not been consummated because the husband was impotent (i.e., incapable of performing sexual intercourse, which can be physical or psychological/mental) at the time of the marriage and continues to be so, the marriage is voidable under Section 12(1)(a) of the Hindu Marriage Act. Effect: If annulled, the marriage is legally treated as if it never existed.
