Husband Having Extra marital affair and Not ready to give divorce

My husband has an extramarital affair. Due to that, he and my mother-in-law kick me out of the house in just ten months of marriage. My marriage cost my parents more than 20 Lakhs, including dowry and others. I am living with my parent on their mercy. I filed complaint against them in women cell, where they are avoiding their calls since 2 dates. I filed domestic violence case against them but now they are saying, we will not give you any money, fight your case till death.
