promises every time that will leave her.. but does not stick to his words as she keeps on calling and emotionally blackmailing him.. and he himself likes her and expects me to accept there relationship. that has cause lot of metal trauma and illness. i m presently on anti depressants.. and that girl also harrassing me to an extent that i want to die
It depends upon you, what you want. If you want divorce, you can do so and if you only want to take a maintenance. The option is also available for you. You can also lodge an FIR against your husband if he is harassing you. Revert me. All the best.

You may file for divorce on the ground of adultery. Mental cruelty is also cruelty and you may also proceed with that under section 498A. But it is upto you to decide whether you want to take any legal action or you want to save this relationship.
