My husband has filed divorce case under section al13A
What should be my next step
And if I agree for divorce how will I affect me or cases filed by me like maintenance case
And domestic violence case in which interim maintenance has started.
divorce case will not affect your maintenance case domestic case as that is a separate civil proceedings and these two are criminal proceedings. Your husband is bound to maintain you till you remarry.
