Husband filing 15 cases, even recovery after maintenance order

Husband files 15 cases to harass. Evan one recovery suit 8 years after we last lived together few days after execution court directed bank to deposit funds in my account. This order was to complied within 30 days not complied even after 5 months. Husband not paying maintenance 3 years after order, and stalling execution and Ld MM nor sending him to custody also. Husband held guilty of contempt 2 years ago still no sentencing done till date. He is going about bad mouthing me and spreading rumours

You immediately file a writ petition before the high court... you will definitely get the justice... moreover you should file divorce and dv act together to teach your husband a good lesson.
