Husband filed sec 13 and 26 case.. summon is served.. after serving summon more than 1.5 years passe

Husband filed sec 13 and 26 case.. summon is served.. after serving summon more than 1.5 years passed but wife not filing any reply and court no giving ex parte decree.. wife filed section 24 and case is transferred to her city.. but in sec 24 transfer order highcourt mention wrong case no. Now case file is still in husband's city family court.. only date of hearing declared husband appearing in all hearing but wife neither appearing nor replying.. and court just giving next date.. working of indian court very very poor..

hello sir according to your query you can file a petition in early listing in nearest High Court in section 482 please contact me immediately I will suggest you what should you do and according to your query what is the best suggestion

first and formoormost move and application regading the human error created by clerk thereafter move an application before the concerned court and inform them about the present scenerio kindly contact for further information.
