You have few options before you:
1) You have to contest the divorce case he filed, very strongly by stutly denying all the allegations leveled against you;
2) You can file a restitution of conjugal rights case against him;
3) You can file maintenance case under section 125 cr.[.c.;
3) you can file a DV case seeking a) protection; b) residential rights; c) maintenance;
d) return of your articles including the money your father given him;
4) you can lodge a police complaint for acts o cruelty by your husband and his parents and also dowry demand harassment along with breach of trust and return of your jewels and other stridhan articles;
5) You can file interim maintenance application under section 24 HMA in the divorce case he filed against you.
If you do not want to follow the litigation route, you can arrange for a meeting convened through elders of both the sides for reconciliation and rejoining as per the local customs;
Being a married lady, you are thoroughly protected by law to enforce your marital rights and obligations, you may consult a local advocate and move as per his advise on all such further issues.

Madam,
Your marriage itself is a voidable one since your marriage was solemnised at a minor age. nevertheless you can agitate the divorce petition. You can also file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights in the family court to get back your husband. You can file a complaint under the domestic violence act.
