Husband filed for contested divorce after one year of marriage.(No kids). His divorce case got rejected by the court, but still husband is refusing to live with wife. Can wife file RCR, what if he refuse to live with wife even after RCR also?. Wife don't want to give the divorce and husband don't want to live with her, they lived together less than three months and don't have any kids. Wife is also working and Husband is ready to pay maintenance as well.

If order of RCR is not complied with, you have the option of filing a distress petition for not complying the orders of the court If the distress petition is allowed then he will sent to civil prison with sustenance paid by you
