Husband filed divorce on false ground of cruelty

Dear sir/mam, I have filed 498a case against my husband family a year back. Now my husband filed divorce on ground of cruelty. He has made all the wrong allegations in divorce case. As I have proofs for taking money from me, my in laws took money from me. And they were tortured me a lot. So I filed case and charge sheet is filed for the same. So my question is will my husband get the divorce on false allegations made by him in the court ?
you can contest the divorce proceedings and allegations made in divorce petition has to be proved, because burden is on there shoulders . you can deny there allegations.and one important thing is there is chance he can file the divorce if you could file 498a case was false ground , and you could not wine that case. so need more information on this. then only we can able to give any good advise on this case.
