Husband filed divorce case I am not ready to give divorce what to do

Dear Sir, i am married before 5 years & i have one 4 year daughter. i left from before one year because i was having lot of trouble from his family members & him. also he is not working & daily drinking. now i am staying with my parents but my husband is sending divorce notice through lawyer. i answered 2 notice but now my financial condition is not good. can i ignore divorce notice send by lawyer ? i dont want divorce so shall i keep quite & wait if husband file divorce case ? the i can go to court ? please advice..

You should not ignore any notices sent by any lawyer and should always make it a point to reply them as far as your case is concerned as you said your condition is not financially good and you also have a 4 yr old daughter to look after under such circumstances you should seek maintenance from your husband kindly contact in person for in depth advise

Dear client ignore notice send through lawyer from now. If husbnad if divorce in court and i received summons then appear in court and deny all his allegation. U can file domestic violence case for mental harassment. For any legal help call me

as per thinking of ur husband he does not want more of u.
u r left her matrimonial home which was residing u and ur husband and his family.
u don't have divorce., but as per notice what ur husband expected.
u contesting the divorce notice and immediately replying the said notice.
u go to court file petition for restitution of conjugal rights means u r ready to residing with ur husband for terms and conditionals.

Yes you can for restitution petition before family court.
You have several reliefs under DV act as well.
It is necessary to reply the legal notice or else it will be assumed as the contents of the notice are accepted by you. Waiting for other party to take action is not fruitful.
