Husband dont want to live together have filed sec 9 what to do

My husband and his family always taunted me. They didn't let my parents to visit me on festival because of my mother in law ego. they didn't provide Me proper space in their house .i was living as guest and used to daily open my luggage. Then they left me home while returning to Ooher city. As they were putting up in another city bcz of job. They didn't visit me once. Only husband called twice or thrice. Now they have filed case against Me under section 9. What should I do?
You should visit the court for appearance on next date of hearing and make your appearance through counsel or yourself and get your statement recorded in the court that you are willing to join the company of the petitioner, and tell all the happenings whatever had happened with you at your matrimonial house.

You can claim maintenance and litigation expenses from your husband while appearing in the proceedings initiated by him under section 9 of HMA. apart from it you can also file maintenance application under section 125 of Cr.P.C. and case under prevention from Domestic Violence as well. in this case you also claim sharing household, proper accommodation, maintenance, compensation and prohibition order against any forthcoming incident of any type of harassment and domestic violence.
