you have to move a notice to your husband .if he accept all conditions of notice then well and good. otherwise you have various remedy by law.and may punish him and may get Valuable compensation for yourself and your son. dont worry. move forward no compromise with victimization .

Hi, I am a 28 year old, living in indore. I got married in 2012 & have a 1 year old daughter. My husband is working in an export company as he leave his jobs again and again. He continuously tortures me,fights me on whatsapp and abuses my parents. After our marriage we have lived together only for less than a year as he always find a new job so he had to go here and there. He lies to me about his past, his salary and for little things. Its seem like he doesn't need me. We have tried to talk him n his family but they lies always. He wants me to live with his parents but i want to live with him

your case involves legal, social and emotional aspects. First you need to decide whether you want to live with him or not.
You may discuss the issue calling your family to his family's place in his presence. You should also get an agreement drafted based on you family's intervention in the matter. Hopefully, things will get smooth. If not, then you may have to file various cases against him including Domestic violence and maintenance.

You must sit with your parents and your husbands parent and sort out the situation and if after conciliation nothing happens then you are having two options. First , you can file an application for restitution of conjugal right so that you may live with your husband or Second, if you do not wish to live with your husband then file divorce case on the ground of cruelty.
