Husband denying divorce after causing emotional abuse. How to proceed?

I'm in an inter-caste love marriage. I met his family after wedding. I made significant financial contribution in home & wedding, still kept facing taunts by in-laws about "gifts" on all occasions, my dressing, earning etc. Husband also became mean & justifies his family. I got pregnant & it was horrible due to emotional abuse. Now I'm at my parents. I don't need maintenance/child support, I don't want to file 498a etc. for my peace just divorce & custody as I 'm scared & can't trust them.
