Husband denied to come his home without any reasonable reason

If my husband is denying to me to come his home without any reasonable reason, then how can I get legal help? which is better that I will apply for section 9 or DV under section 19 or any other cases like DV or section 498a? If he or me not go for any court cases then can I apply directly for section 9 for residential right?

if you want to continue the marriage you can apply for restitution of conjugal right petition and also a DV case before magistrate claiming maintenance and residential orders against your husband and family. lodging 498 a case depends on the years of marriage etc and it will close the doors of reconciliation between you and your husband
