Husband come in to my area’s police station and given writien applica

My husband given wrong application to police station against me police constable is known each other they constable did enquiry me 2 time without any NC or FIR, what I do pls suggest, I firstly did NC of my husband.

Well, if you want to pursue NC Case against your Hubby, then you have to file a Private Criminal Complaint. If your Husband wants to pursue a NC Case against you based on the NC lodged by him against you with Police Station, then too, he has to pursue NC before the concerned Magistrate by filing a Private Criminal Complaint, for which, hiring of well versed lawyer with Criminal Laws is recommended.
