You may request Court to issue a warrant and see that the same is served to the concerned police station and call for a report thereby. Once the same is done and he does not appear then you may request court for an arrest warrant and he will be arrested and taken into judicial custody. Open to further queries. Regards, Adv. M. K. Get a warrant issued by the Court that conducted the hearing at the stage of admission of complaint under S.498A of IPC. Get the warrant for sending it through RPAD and also by police officer, for husband and/or his relatives and contact the nearest police station to serve such warrant on given address of husband and/or relative. If the door is closed, you may stick the warrant on door or some other conspicuous part. If they're still absconding after a month and do not appear in the court, you need to submit an application for proclamation to the same court. Get his property attached after a public summons in daily newspapers as well.
