Dowry harassment is a punishable offence you can take legal action immediately. File complaint for cruelty and harassment. Keep proof safely like messages, calls, bank transfers, witnesses, medical records, etc. Do not tolerate continuous harassment.

if your husband and relatives are harrassing to give more dowry,you can file a case of domestic violence,on both husband,mother and relatives by through Advocate,after filing petition in court,summons will be posted from the court to their Addresses by post,so that they should appear in the court and give answer fr reason of harrassing for additional dowry,if it is proved that they harrassed for dowry,they will be remanded to jail for punishment of harrassing for additional dowry.
