Husband and his family cheating, how can I take action against them

4 month of my marriage. My husband has an affair before marriage. First night he told me that he can't give me happiness of wife as he loves someone else and married me in family pressure. Still I tried to stay with him bt he kept on his relationship with her. What to do?? I feel cheated my parents did spend lots of money on my wedding. I belong to Muslim community
You must immediately lodge a general diary. Thereafter you have to wait till if you want divorce or talk to your and your husbands family how it can be sorted and you can lead a peaceful life, because a mere extra marital affair cannot lead to divorce a higher court stated.
