Husband abusive and doesn't give maintenance as well. What to do?

I have been married in April 2014. I have been staying separate from my husband since September 2014. My husband doesn't give me maintenance. I have one daughter 6 months old. Husband is abusive. Whenever he gives me some money he abuses me and my family very much. What can i do? If i file for divorce will i get maintenance?
well your question is in two parts first if u want to proceed for divorce u can file a divorce case on the ground of cruelity . secondly if u want to get only maintainence u can also file a maintainece case. and if u want both u can file a divorce case and ask for maintainence in that case only..
