How to wriggle out of fake 498-a case against my brother

my brother had got married in dec - 3rd 2016 now she fights with him even beat him some times and saying that i file a complain against u and yr family if u want me nt to do this do as i say or my father says he is living apart from the very first day of his marriage
Special laws like section 498a was made out for the protection of women, but with time lot of misuse had been done and innocent families had suffered a lot ,court had taken this in cognizance and had passed Number of rulings in favour of husbands and their families, provide me all details so I could help you out .Hopefully you will get relief .
