How to take divorce if wife is not ready and get custody of children

My one friend is trying hard to get divorce from her wife.She has fought with him and left him for almost 2 years,after that she returned again.They have one 7 years old daughter and two twins of 3 years old,it has been 9 years of marriage.He keeps on discussing with her for divorce but she is not ready.He loves someone else and want to marry her but as his wife is not ready he can not do second marriage.How he can come out of his first marriage and also have custody of his kidz too?Is is possible somehow?He is Hindu.
LOVING SOMEONE ELSE APART FROM WIFE, IS NO GROUND UNDER THE EYE OF LAW TO GET THE DECREE OF DIVORCE FROM EXISTING WIFE. SINCERELY ADVICE YOUR FRIEND NOT TO INDULGE IN EXTRA MARITAL AFFAIR AS THE LAW IS VERY MUCH CLEAR ON THIS ISSUE THAT HE CANNOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF HIS OWN WRONG.
