How to serve document from Singapore courts to defendant in Mumbai

How can I successfully serve a Summons for payment of monthly maintenance by a Court Order made in a Singapore Court to Defendant who is avoiding signing the document sent via diplomatic channels to his sister's address in Mumbai. Divorce granted in 2012, in Singapore between 2 parties, both Indian. There is a Reciprocal Agreement between India and Singapore. What to do?

U can make service of summons through ambassy i.e. Consulate General of singapore(office at mumbai). It's office in Mumbai

Hi.
You can make an application and ask court to grant a permission to serve summons via registered A.D. (post office services ) if that won't work out then email service. Which court only sends the email.
