How to send legal notice if my wife staying separately from 1 year

Wife is staying separately for last 1 year. I JUST want to send legal notice for counselling. Please guide me. What is the leagal process to send legal notice to my wife. (As per Hindu religion) Please note i m not asking rcr here.?
a legal notice can be sent through a lawyer to your wife, where she is residing asking her for counselling on such and such date, you can also leave her an email or sms along with legal notice referring to the same, once she replies to it you can fix a date or time for counselling and take the matter ahead.

If u want to take back her wid u then u can file habeas corpus writ petition before the honable high court .
If u want to send legal notice then no problem u can send her legal notice by mentioning that come back and perform congual right, if she doesn't come back to u then u will take legal action against her to take her back.
