How to send legal notice for harassment from inlaw and husband

Need assistance with the procedure of sending a legal notice to the in-laws and husband for harassing me while I am pregnant . Forced to do all the house work , threats continuously from in-laws and husband of doing something to me , husband abusive and violent with me hits me very often , I have been living with my parents for 2 months due to all the mental and physical torture ,hence would want to begin with a legal notice ,so kindly give me the steps of performing this procedure .
If your husband and his relatives harassed you physical,mental.Then that amounts to cruelty.Therfore you can file Criminal Complaint unde section 498A of IPC to nearest Police Station.If do you want to send notice to them.Then you can send notice for filling application under Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act.
