How to see my order copy online case in high court

My case in high court and my lawyer sent order copy to me. How to check order copy in online? I want noc from lawyer if he refused will my other or future lawyer need to pay any money to him or not required.

Hi, you can check online by entering your case number in the respective highcourt website. Further if you need change your Advocate,you have to personally check with him if he can issue noc .incase of any pending fee he shall ask for the same of needed.

You can check the High Court order copy online by visiting the official website of the respective High Court (for example, the Madras High Court. Usually, you can search by case number, party name, or advocate name under the “Case Status” or “Judgment” tab. Regarding the No Objection Certificate (NOC), if your current lawyer refuses to issue it, you may file an application before the court seeking permission to change your lawyer, explaining the refusal. Generally, no additional fees are legally required to be paid to the earlier lawyer unless specifically agreed upon in the vakalatnama or engagement agreement. However, the previous lawyer may claim reasonable fees for services already rendered but cannot demand an excessive or illegal amount as a condition for issuing the NOC.
