If you wish to see the status of your case then you can do that by visiting the official site of Delhi High Court and there is an option of case status on the left side of the browser. And as far as the NOC is concerned you need not take any NOC from your previous advocate to indulge a new advocate.

You can check the same from the website of Delhi High Court in the court order tab. For that you have to enter the details of your case accurately. Answering your second question, even if your present lawyer gives you an NOC then also you have to pay the legal fees to your future lawyer.

You can check the order if any through the official website if you have the case number. Getting NOC is a good step however if your lawyer is denying the same you can change lawyer based on affidavit without needing to pay any money to the old one. However if there are any legally recoverable dues against you in favour of the old lawyer he may be able to file a case for recovery of such dues. However no one files case if the amount is petty

if you want to see order of High court. You have to visit the high court website. your order might have been uploaded. then you can see . otherwise you have to apply for certified copy of order . all orders of case are not uploaded. If , you had paid your previous/existing lawyer his fee then no need to pay him . You may engage any new lawyer at the place of your previous/existing lawyer.
