How to register marriage

My future husband was married already.The filled divorce case on 2014. But the girl was not attend the case.The case will end on Feb 2017 is ex party by the boy.now I need to marry him. I need register marriage. So what I do?

The case to be finished and after obtaining order of divorce alone you can marry him legally, if not the second marriage become void and you will not get the status of wife. You have to wait till your boy friend had to obtain order for divorce in his earlier marriage.

After getting married you have to produce the photos taken in the wedding especially photo of tying thali or sitting posture of both the spouses in the wedding spot and the certificate or receipt issued by the marriage performing prohiths . And the birth certificate of both the spouses as proof of marriageable age and address and id proof.
