sir..i am a Hindu lady .my husband doesn't looks after me for fincianaly support.1 year I was at my native place.i had a sight love with my staff member who was my school mate only we use to chat..we wre not in relationship but we use to chat the same.will I get divorce form my hubby as he is having my proofs to submit.but I don't want to stay with my hubby who doesn't know the value of wife..plz help

If you are not comfirtable in your marital life and u wants to break your relationship at this stage so in the very first sense u can send legal notice to him and in the reply from your husband side that he also redy to take divorce mutually with u then no problem but in case he is not redy for same then u only can file a seperate marriage dissolution case in the family court with the help of advocate.
