How to Proceed incase TR CMP lost in High Court

My wife has filed a TR CMP case to transfer the case from Chennai to Karur. I am a physically challenged person (OH). In case if the judgment comes against me in Madras high court then what i have to do next? Can i appeal in supreme court? or what is the next step i have to do?

first you should tell about your inconvenience why you cannot appear in the other Court Supreme Court has formulated the theory of convenience if one party is not convenient formulate your convenient Court to appear if you failed in the High Court you have a chance to make an appeal in Supreme Court

If your wife filed transfer CMP from Chennai to Karur and same time you can file a detailed counter about you are physically challenged person along with your medical certificate you can argue and get the petition to dismiss
