How to know case status of one sided divorce

I come to know from my relatives that My husband file for one sided divorce case.. I don't know it's number and case status..is there any way to take any step? Presently I'm living in Hoshiarpur, Punjab and it's not possible for me to go to Pune ... Kindly help me

Well, if your Husband has filed for a Unilateral Divorce Case, then definitely, you will get a Summons from Court to appear to contest Unilateral Divorce Petition filed by your Husband. Hence, if you do not have case no, do not worry, you will be informed by the court when you have to appear. During that time, you will be informed by the court about your case no.

If the case is successfully Registered you will be receiving a message or notice to appear in some days till then you will have to wait if you receive a message about the case you can appear even before the notice reaches to you
