Yes she can apply any of the Bench of High Court. It seems you are very worried abt ur wife aftr filing divorce petition also. She can mostly apply to Mumbai High Court for transfer of Divorce Petition. Question of grounds depends on her living of life. Which conditions she is living I.e. if she struggling it may be a good ground to transfer the case.

Yes she can file a petition to transfer he case to the place of her residence . She can file it at the Aurangabad bench of Bombay high court for transfer . The grounds and your defence of transfer of the case depends on the easement for smooth trial in order to see the conveninance of both the parties. If you require any sort of assistance at both the places please feel free to discuss.

Hi,
She cannot transfer the said petition for her convenience. She has to substantially show her legal need to transfer the case.
If the transfer petition has to be filed then the appropriate court shall be the Bombay High Court.
Thanks
