how to handle this case, my wife filed section 9

My wife left the house after 6 months of marriage in front of everyone in public 100 members, filed section 9after 2 years. In the copy she mentioned 1. dowry 20 lakhs on hand. 2. Not cohabiting the marital life as we demanded her Extra dowry 25 lakhs and she given to my parents on hand within premises of her relatives. All 3points are false allegations. How to handle this related case. I filed section13 1ia becoz forced marriage not interested on me from day1 she is not cohabiting with me.

You need to first of all satisfy the court that she is the one who is not at all interested in cohabitation and try to prove that the evidence that she is talking about is false and imaginary. That points you have to mention in the reply to the RCR application filed by her. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

you can ask the court to declare your marriage girl and boy on the basis of your marriage being not consumeted and also you should have taken action in these 2 years after sea left you have not you have to contest the case and prove that allegation of your wife are false and fabulous
